FiT fasting according to Buchinger (fasting for healthy people)
Fasting is a regular return to the essentials of our lives and a good way to prevent diseases from developing (preventive fasting). Already two weeks of fasting per year are helpful.
My fasting weeks are an offer for healthy people* who want to fast on their own responsibility for up to 10 days.
Fasting is done according to the method "Fasting for the Healthy according to Dr. Buchinger/ Dr. Lützner", in which fruit, vegetable juices, vegetable broths, tea and water are taken in daily.

Learn how you can regain your balance in everyday life with the help of your senses. Body and soul find their balance again.
I invite you to make a journey through and to your body with imagination, body perception, exercises from autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation. Breathing exercises, walking and nature meditations awaken new energies in the body.
Experience during your fasting week how you can take time out to relax with little effort in everyday life.
