What is Yoga?

The word yoga means "unity, harmony".
Yoga is not a religion, but open to all religions.

Hatha Yoga develops the physical body and consists of 5 units of Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises) deep relaxation, positive thoughts, meditation and mantra.
